Neat and practical rooms with the bath and three single beds plus effective heater, reasonably priced breakfast. Consistently courteous and exceptionally pleasant staff with a good portion of humor.

The location is fantastic, with quick access to the nearby Persley Walled Garden just over 3 km away and the beautiful Brimmond Hill Country Park almost 4 km away. The cute and friendly staff at reception.

The staff were pretty good too help. One staff member noticed my heavy suitcase and moved me to a ground floor room without me having to ask. I found the food to be superb, especially during breakfast.
